How do I reset my MTA portal password? ›

Step 1: Connect to My MTA Portal, Click Forgot Password /Unlock Account link. Step 2: Once redirected to Forgot Password page, enter your BSCID and click Continue. Step 3: You have two options for changing your password.

If you become locked out or have other problems with your ID/password, contact the BSC Customer Management Center at 646-376-0123, Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

My MTA Portal is a self-service way for suppliers and bidders to conduct business with the MTA. Register your company on the portal to: Search for procurement opportunities across all MTA agencies. Update contact information and remit to address, as needed.

If you have issues logging into IAMS, resetting passwords or accessing MTA Today/TENS, please contact the IT Helpdesk (646) 252-8888.

Portal account passwords expire 6 months after being created. After 6 months have passed since the last time user changed (or created) his/her Portal password, the account will be locked for security reasons. To unlock it, user must create a new password using the 'Forgot Your Password' link.

The MTA app includes the MY AAR booking system, which is the best place to book, modify, and track your AAR trip. If you use the MYmta app now to book your trips, you will need to sign in to your AAR account again in the new version. The sign-in page is located in a different place than it was before.

Depending on your Portal settings, this Portal will allow you to share access to documents, Tasks, Projects, transaction information, Orders, Assets, Opportunities, reports, Discussions, and more. You will also have the option to accept Payments from Customers through the Portal.
